Applications are reviewed within 2 business days. Once approved, you receive login credentials, access to certification, and can fund your wallet and create your first customer immediately.
Registered partners get a priority support queue. Certified partners get a dedicated support channel. Strategic partners get a named account manager. All partners can escalate customer issues from inside the portal.
Certification is valid for 12 months. You get a reminder 30 days before expiry. If it lapses, commission loading pauses until you renew — your wallet balance and customer accounts stay fully intact. Most partners renew in under an hour.
