One credit equals one message sent or received through Scope Wiser. A WhatsApp appointment reminder is 1 credit. A back-and-forth booking conversation of 8 messages is 8 credits. A broadcast to 300 contacts is 300 credits.
Your main pack credits — Starter through Professional — are valid for 180 days from purchase. They are not reset each month. Add-on top-up credits are valid for 30 days and are designed for planned campaign boosts.
No. You pay once for a credit pack and use those credits over time. There is no automatic monthly charge and no renewal unless you choose to buy more credits.
Unlimited — on every plan. There is no per-seat charge. Your reception team, manager, and sales staff can all be logged in at the same time.
No. You can import and message as many contacts as you like. There is no subscriber cap on any Scope Wiser plan.
Yes. WhatsApp Business messages carry a small per-conversation fee charged directly by Meta — it varies by country and conversation type. We pass it through at 0% markup. It is not part of your Scope Wiser credits.
