Role Overview
We are looking for Business Growth Advisors to join our dynamic team. You don’t need to be a tech expert — full training will be provided. Your main focus will be achieving results, building client relationships, and driving business growth.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and connect with potential clients in Oman and GCC.
- Guide clients on how Scope Wiser can support their business growth.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets in a results-driven environment.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.
- Work with flexibility (office or home-based options).
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
- Target-driven, motivated, and results-focused mindset.
- Previous business development/sales experience is an advantage (not mandatory).
- Independent working style with accountability.
